About the coffee

The newest addition to this blend is from our direct partners Majestic Coffees. This lot has been created by 51 organic producers, located in Aipe and Neiva (Huila) and Ataco (Tolima) - right along the border between the two departments, where the coffee is grown at altitudes between 1,550 and 1,800 meters. Even though Ataco belongs to Tolima, its climate and coffee culture are very connected to Huila's northern coffee region. So, this blend reflects the characteristics of northern Huila with a unique touch from the neighbouring area. This coffee adds red fruits and complex sweetness creating a rich, layered and balanced espresso.

Seasonal Coffee

Different regions have different harvest times throughout the year, so we buy freshly harvested beans, only when they're ready.

That's why our coffee tastes different—it's still alive with flavour when you drink it.

Roasted to order

Coffee is made to be drunk when the beans are at their peak freshness. It's why we roast to order, pack it and post it.

You'll want to keep coffee in bean form until the past possible minute to get the full flavour.
