Grown at Finca Idealista, alongside Gold Mountain's private nature reserve, the farm's cool microclimate allows the coffee cherries to mature slowly, developing greater sweetness and complexity.

The result is a vibrant cup with notes of gooseberry, lemon, and hibiscus, balancing bright acidity with natural sweetness.

You'll want to keep coffee in bean form until the past possible minute to get the full flavour.
