La Senda has to be appreciated super fresh, so we roast it with precision to let the beans fulfil their true potential and release their zesty charm. The inception of Finca la Senda, now run by Arnoldo Perez Melendez and his wife Maria Eugenia Escobar, dates back to the forties, when Arnoldo's father pioneered the coffee plantation at an altitude of 1500 - 2070 metres. Having previously tasted coffee from La Senda, Thomas was quick to reserve some of the 2020 crop. It won't be around long. So get in quick!
